By accessing or using SHARK (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SHARK is a business management platform that provides chat aggregation, point-of-sale, inventory management, social media publishing, customer loyalty, and related tools for small and medium enterprises.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• One person or entity may maintain multiple brand accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.)
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Social Media Integration

When you connect your social media accounts to SHARK, you authorize us to perform actions on your behalf, including publishing posts, reading messages, and accessing insights. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish through our Service. You may disconnect any social media account at any time.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHARK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Data deletion follows our Data Deletion Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
